Winestuff can not suggest or offer our input for your engraving. The engraving styles are for your own personal preference.
What do we mean by custom engraving?
Each piece we engrave is unique. We take each order and design an original template for each piece. We take the time to make sure that the layout suites the item, which results in the engraving being the most complimentary format for the piece.
How much does it cost?
Our custom engraving service costs $20.00.
How can I order it?
You can add custom engraving to your order during the checkout process.
What is included in the price shown?
The $20 Engraving cost includes engraving in one area on an item ordered.
Examples:
Wine Glasses (Sets of 4) = 1 Engraving fee.
Corkscrew Qty 1 = 1 Engraving fee.
Wine Glasses (Set of 4) + 1 Decanter = 2 Engraving Fees
Wine Glasses (Set of 4) with 4 different engravings = 4 Engraving Fees
Can we engrave a second area / two sides?
Yes. A fee of $5 - $20, depending on the item to be engraved will apply.
How long does it take?
Although each job is different, normally it takes 4-6 business days. More advanced jobs will take longer. For a quote please contact us.
Can you do a logo or an image?
Yes we can. Please contact us with a high resolution image of your logo so we can confirm that that logo can be done. Logos or images must be in .TIF or .BMP and a resolution no lower than 300 dpi. If you are interested in engraving your logo or an image please contact us.
What if I want a different engraving style than offered with the item?

How is the engraving positioned?
All items will be engraved to fit the space available and centered in the available space.
What is our return policy?
Engraved items are NOT returnable. Unless WE at Winestuff make a mistake in spelling, the engraved item may not be returned. We will spell the engraving exactly as you submit it with your order. Please double check your spelling!
What if an item cannot be engraved?
If an item cannot be engraved for any reason, the item will be shipped to you without engraving and the cost of engraving will be refunded.
