Shipping Times
Our goal is to process all orders within 1 business day of
receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business
hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 6:00PM EST). If your
order is placed on a weekend or holiday your order will be
processed and shipped the next business day. Subject to availability.
In the event the products you ordered are drop shipped from
their manufacturers/producers shipping times may vary.
Cancellations
Once an order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled,
rerouted or redirected. If you would like to return the item,
please see Returns & Exchanges section below. Do not refuse
the delivery of non-damaged goods as this will result in up
to a $10 return delivery fee. Free Shipping
Offers
Free shipping offers are valid for Riedel purchases being
delivered within the continental United States only. Free
shipping offers are not valid on deliveries to PO Boxes, APO/FPO
addresses, International deliveries, Alaska, Hawaii &
Puerto Rico. Orders being shipped to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses,
International deliveries, Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico
will be charged shipping costs after the order is processed
and shipped. Free shipping offers do NOT apply to wine cellars,
cooling units, wine racks, all Howard Miller products, Wine
Keeper systems and their components, items shipped from manufacturers
or freight collect, and personalized items require additional
delivery times. Please note you may be charged for shipping
and any applicable restocking fees on returned orders. This
includes the cost of free shipping; items returned that had
been shipped for free will be refunded for the price of the
merchandise excluding the actual shipping cost. Returns
& Exchanges
You may return or exchange new, unopened items within 30 days
of delivery. All merchandise must be returned in new condition
with all original boxes, packing material, documentation,
and instructions and must be able to be resold. Please note
you may be charged for shipping and any applicable restocking
fees on returned orders. This includes the cost of free shipping;
items returned that had been shipped for free will be refunded
for the price of the merchandise excluding the actual shipping
cost. Please be advised: Winestuff will pay the return
shipping costs if you received an incorrect or defective item
only! A $10 return delivery fee will also be applied
for delivery refusal on non-damaged goods. Tracking
Information
All orders shipped are trackable. Customers will receive tracking
information of shipped orders directly by email from Winestuff.com

Shipping Locations
Most orders ship from our Easton, PA warehouse. On
occasion we may ship your order from alternative locations
throughout the continental United States. This may or may
not cause shipping times to vary. For information on where

Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail, unless
otherwise specified by customer. Depending on destination,
please allow 4-7 business days for shipping. For estimated

How long will it take to receive my order once it
is shipped?
All orders are shipped UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail, unless
otherwise specified by customer. If your order requires expedited
shipping service or a specific delivery date please call 1-800-946-3788.
Depending on destination, please allow 4-7 business days for
shipping. For estimated delivery time to your state, click

Expedited Shipping
UPS Next Day Air, Second Day Air, and Three Day Select are
available, if orders are needed quickly, for an additional
fee. Please let us know if you would like one of these services
by making the appropriate comment in the "Special Delivery
Instructions" section of the order. Your shipping email
confirmation will indicate the method of service used. Next
Day Air orders shipped on Friday will arrive on Monday.
APO/FPO & P.O. Box Addresses
For APO/FPO & P.O. Box addresses, all orders will be shipped
via USPS only (Expedited and Express ship methods are currently
not available for APO/FPO & P.O. Box addresses). Standard
delivery timeframe do not apply to APO/FPO & P.O. Box
shipments. The cost for shipping is based upon your order
amount and will be added to your order upon shipment.
To avoid delays and additional fees we suggest shipping your
order to a physical address rather than a PO Box or APO/FPO.
Free Shipping offers do not apply to APO/FPO & P.O. Box
Addresses. It some cases additional shipping charges
may apply after your order is shipped.
International Shipping
Shipping charges for International Orders vary greatly. Please
send us an email
with the items that you are interested in buying, your address,
and the destination country. We will email back information
on ordering, including shipping and handling charges. We will
be happy to answer any questions that you have, so please
let us know how we can help you. We can NOT
guarantee international shipments. Any delays in time, damages
or lost packages will have to be handled directly with USPS
by the customer. You may be charged customs/import fees from
the destination country prior to delivery. These charges are
from the customs department of the country and are not the
responsiblity of Winestuff. Free Shipping offers do
not apply to International Shipping. It some cases
additional shipping charges may apply after your order is
shipped.
Undeliverable Shipments
Most shipping carriers make three attempts to deliver a package.
Unless requested by customer our packages do not require a
signature for delivery. It is generally up to the driver's
discretion to determine whether a signature is required. If
the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature and no one
is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the
package will be returned to us. In this case, an additional
shipping charge will be deducted from any refund and/or an
additional shipping charge will be required for reshipment.
Refused by Recipient
A $10 return delivery fee will also be applied for delivery
refusal on non-damaged goods. An additional shipping charge
will be required for reshipment. Custom Wine Cellars, Coolers &
Racking, All Howard Miller Products,
Free shipping offers do NOT apply to wine
cellars, cooling units, wine racks, all Howard Miller products,
Wine Keeper systems and their components, items shipped from
manufacturers or freight collect, and personalized items require
additional delivery times. Because of size and/or weight,
some items require an additional shipping surcharge. Shipping
for large items will vary according to destination, and will
be charged to your account when calculated. Please make sure
wine cellars, cooling units, wine racks, Wine Keeper systems
fit and are compatible with your space as ALL sales
are final. It some cases additional shipping charges
may apply after your order is shipped.
